Sudden pain or an accident with a tooth always comes at the worst time. Stay calm — below you'll find exactly who to call and when, so you're helped as quickly as possible.
- During opening hours
Call us as early in the morning as possible.
Do you have an urgent complaint during our opening hours (Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 17:30)? Then call us as early in the morning as you can. We can usually make room for you the same day to help you.
- Outside opening hours
Call the Dental 365 emergency service.
For emergencies outside our opening hours — in the evening, at the weekend or on Friday — you can turn to the Dental 365 emergency service. Please note that you pay directly after treatment, in cash or by card. Don't forget to bring your ID and health insurance card.
